We would advise you to join us for both days (and you get a great discount for doing so), but we recognise that not everyone can manage two days out of the office so you can attend either just day one (especially if you are a sales manager or a marketing executive) or just day two (aimed squarely at sales professionals) if you wish.

Learn the techniques used by hostage negotiators worldwide, and then learn how to apply them to business,
